Terms of Use

Welcome to TronTerm ("the software"), developed and maintained by 一創系統 (1tron). By downloading, installing, or using the software you agree to these terms.

1. License

The software is sold as a one-time purchase (US$19) and activated with a license key. One license may be activated on up to 3 Macs you personally use. The license is a personal, non-transferable right to use; the software is not open source and copyright remains with the developer.

2. Payment and refunds

Sales and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which issues invoices and receipts. For purchase problems or a refund, emailpct@1tron.aiwithin 14 days of purchase and we'll take care of it.

3. AI features

The software's AI features (⌘I / ⌘E) operate through third-party AI CLIs you configure. Eligibility, cost, and output of those tools are governed by your agreement with the AI provider. AI-generated commands run only after you confirm them; you are responsible for the results of any command you choose to execute.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the software.

5. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time; revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced on the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
